Shah Rukh Khan, known as the Badshah of Bollywood, is perhaps one of the most popular and loved stars of Bollywood. While a lot of his life is public information, there are still a few things the Badshah of Bollywood likes to keep private. Today, we are here to give you some facts you probably don’t know about one of the most famous men in Bollywood!
1. International property
Even before owning property on the Moon became a “thing,” one of Shah Rukh Khan’s fans from Australia bought him a piece of land on the Moon! The crazed fan bought him several acres of land on The Sea of Tranquility, one of the most coveted and sought after properties on the Moon!
2. Clay statues
While a lot of us want to be immortalized in some form or other, Shah Rukh Khan’s fan decided to make out clay statues of anything and everything he does! How cool is that?
@iamsrk Of course, paired-pics of my #SRK doll tributes are best because they’ve got you in them! Just can’t get enough of your #Zero jacket! Hope all at @RedChilliesEnt and @vfx_redchillies like them too. 🙂 https://t.co/JvMTc4d8yf pic.twitter.com/uHOKd2yuRP

Shah Rukh Khan has a lucky number and it’s five! All his cars have 555 as a number plate as he believes they bring him good luck.
4. Humility is his middle name
In 1998, Shah Rukh Khan won the Zee Cine Award for the Best Actor. However, to everyone’s surprise, he called Salman Khan on stage and gave him the award instead. How sweet is that?
5. He’s a doctor!
Shah Rukh Khan received an Honorary Degree for his philanthropy, humanitarian acts and his global reach as an actor, from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. So, technically he is Dr. Shah Rukh Khan!
Arjun Kapoor Shuts Down Negativity On Social Media
Even as Twitter bans trolls, there are people on other platforms who always find ways to pick on everything famous people do and say. We, as a loyal fan base, have always coveted the lives of these celebrities and are also the first to judge their lives when they do what is not ordinary.
A couple of days ago, when Janhvi Kapoor was made fun of, the ever vocal Arjun Kapoor made a bold statement to this effect, “Not for a moment does the man typing on a keyboard, who has no face, think how he would feel if the same thing was said about his sister, mother, daughter or girlfriend. They look at celebrities as people who are not affected by what anyone says. Sitting within the confines of his room, he thinks that he has a right to an opinion. The opinion that he holds is just a reaction to his own frustration. We are in a profession where everyone has an opinion about our body and our physical appearances. They throw it out there in public and laugh about it. We also need to stop ourselves from giving importance to such comments. In fact, comments by trolls should not be paid heed to by the media even if it means that the piece of news will lead to more hits or clicks online. Trolls thrive on the fact that their comments create news. One way is to not react to it but sometimes, it becomes important to stand up and react. The best way to deal with it is to ensure that the trolls and their comments don’t get amplified. No woman or man deserves amplification of hate comments from social media.” This is perhaps one of the best ways a celebrity can really defend those who have been wronged, right?
When Esha Gupta was called the S word for her post on Instagram, she shut the haters down with a long and sentimental statement about why it is okay for her online presence to be the way it is. Every star has reacted to the comments with swift and precise ferocity, much like an army does when attacked from all sides. The internet is not a bed for spreading venom and hateful messages. It is for standing up for what is right and making a point to the same effect. Speak up, let your voices be heard and let the trollers and haters know you do not care anymore.
It is but an important point to note that when Shah Rukh Khan and Twinkle Khanna were trolled, they refused to stay quiet about it. They fought back and how! Both of them were vicious in their own rights and used their words for good, rather than going back and hiding in a shell. It isn’t just these famous celebrities who are fighting back. I would reply to u but I don’t know if u r appropriately and fashionably dressed for my reply… https://t.co/r33eNR3fbs

Celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Abhishek Bachchan also shut down their haters in one swift blow, making sure they gave back the invisible writers a dose of what they needed in life. If ever you are in a position where there’s too much being said about you, do not cover under the shadows of the harsh words, but fight back and let your voice be heard.

Bollywood Stars Who Played Soldiers Perfectly
From Dharmendra playing the role of a soldier in Haqeeqat to Hrithik Roshan portraying the role of an officer of the Indian Army to perfection in Lakshya, there is something to be said about the actors who play the roles of soldiers fighting for their country. In fact, our Bollywood actors have always gone the extra mile to put in that extra effort to play the character of an army officer and from the wide range of movies available, this is more than an obvious fact. Check out this list of actors who have played the role of army officers so well, it looks like they have a backup career plan ready and waiting.
With a breathtakingly beautiful performance in Haqeeqat, one of the best war movies to date, Dharmendra played the role of Captain Bahadur Singh to perfection. Based on the Sino India War of 1962, this movie was one of the first times Dharmendra played the role of a soldier. However, the way he played the character, this fact was not seen in any which way. A riveting and soulful performance, this movie is a true tribute to the Indian army and everything the soldiers fought for over the years.
2. Siddharth Malhotra
Although Sidharth Malhotra is a relatively new face in Bollywood, his movies prove his skills as an actor. Growing from playing a chocolate boy in Student of the Year to playing the role of an ex army officer on the run, Sid’s growth chart has been particularly impressive and noteworthy. In Aiyaary, the actor proved this fact by putting his heart and soul into the role of Major Jai Bakshi, giving everyone goosebumps through his brilliant performance. Quite a treat to watch, this film.
3. Manoj Bajpayee
A star like no other, Manoj Bajpayee has made quite a mark in Bollywood with the way he played a soldier in countless movies. From playing the angry officer in Aiyaary to playing a man who is always on the right side of the law in more than one movie, Manoj Bajpayee is quite the star. While several actors have roles seemingly tailor made for them, Manoj Bajpayee definitely has the character of a soldier chalked down to perfection.
4. Salman Khan
Just like Manoj Bajpayee, Salman Khan too has his finger in the cookie jar of movies about war. From his roles in movies like Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai to his characters in Heroes and Jai Ho, this particular Khan certainly knows how to play the role of a hero. Incidentally, his performance was so on point here, a lot of people say this was his best Thoughts?
5. Hrithik Roshan
While Hrithik Roshan has been primarily known for his dance moves and chocolate boy characters, this particular actor more than proved his skills when he played a soldier in Lakshya. Nailing this particular role to perfection and managing to stand his ground opposite a fierce actor like Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik was perfection in this particular film.
