Rajkummar Rao has been making the news lately for all the right reasons. One of the most important things he is being known for lately is his brand new movie, Omerta. What is truly scary in this world? The evil which lurks in broad daylight.
Another collaboration between Hansal Mehta and Rajkummar Rao, this movie is based on the real life story of Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, a British terrorist of Pakistani descent. Director Hansal Mehta has called this movie his bravest attempt yet and from the looks of things, it is definitely not a bold statement.
— Rajkummar Rao (@RajkummarRao) March 14, 2018
The two and a half minute trailer shows how Ahmed (Rajkummar Rao) emerges from being a trainee to a full fledged terrorist. The one part that stays strong with you within the trailer is not the violence, not the shooting and not the brutal retaliation but Rajkummar’s smile as he steps into a police van. This is pure evil in every form. Watch the trailer here!
Rajkummar Rao and Mehta have previously worked together in several award winning projects, the most noteworthy of them being Aligarh, CityLights and Shahid. Produced by Nahid Khan and presented by Swiss Entertainment, Omerta is scheduled to hit the screens on 20 April, 2018.
Sweetheart, The Next Song From Kedarnath Is Here
Sweetheart, the second song from Kedarnath, just released and it is truly beautiful. Just like the recently released trailer, this song gives one an insight into the different scenes from the movie, giving an idea of what to expect from Sara Ali Khan’s and Sushant Singh Rajput’s next film.
Unlike the first song, Namo Namo (a devotional track,) this new song is all about fun, frolic and dancing. Filmed on the sets of a wedding, this song sees both Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput putting their best foot forward and dancing like there’s no tomorrow. Listen to Sweetheart here!
#Sweetheart song out now.

— Sushant Singh Rajput (@itsSSR) November 15, 2018
Written by Amitabh Bhattacharya, sung by Devi Negi and lyrics by Amit Trivedi, this new song seems to have been picturised around Rajput’s sister’s wedding. Bright colours and peppy music make for the central crux of this particular song. With sharp features, Sara Ali Khan very closely resembles her mother Amrita Singh, while Sushant Singh Rajput seems completely at home!
Sara Ali Khan is making her grand Bollywood debut through Kedarnath and by the looks of all the teasers, trailers and the two songs, the movie is definitely going to be worth the wait. A love story set against the backdrop of the devastating Uttarakhand floods of 2013, Kedarnath seems to be quite a promising watch.
Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Kedarnath was initially scheduled to hit the screens in June this year. However, the movie has now been shifted to hit the screens on the 7th of December this year. Stay tuned for more updates about Kedarnath!
Wishing Juhi Chawla A Very Happy Birthday Through Her Songs
Juhi Chawla, the original Bubbly Girl of Bollywood, turns a year older and wiser and is now, more beautiful than she ever was. As the lady who made her grand Bollywood debut opposite none other than Aamir Khan, the Chocolate Boy of the country at that point, not many thought she would last long. However, through the years, the actress has time and time again proved she is not just a pretty face, but a true force of nature. Here’s celebrating the beautiful lady’s roles through the years by listening to some of her really famous songs.
1. Aye Mere Hamsfar from Qayamat Se Quayamat Tak (1988)
Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak was to the ’80s what Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was to the ’90s. Defining love and giving major goals to the people in their teens, this movie brought Juhi Chawla’s innocence to the screen in all its glory. A musical hit in every way possible, Aye Mere Humsafar was perhaps the most iconic song Juhi Chawla performed in, making a statement so strong, she made the Bollywood world sit up and take notice. Listen to the song here.
2. Ghoonghat Ki Aad Se Dilbar Ka from Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Ke (1993)
Another Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla classic, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke was one of those iconic Bollywood movies that is now forever etched in the sands of time. What makes this film so much more memorable was because of Juhi Chawla’s brilliant performance. Not only that, the song Ghoonghat Ki Aad Se Dilbar Ka also had one of the best dance moves Chawla made during that period of her career. If you still have not listened to this masterpiece of a song even after all these years, you are definitely missing out.
3. Likha Hai Ye from Darr
Darr had everything coming together for a perfectly entertaining package. With tantalizing music, a script that kept one hooked to the very end and a cast that was spellbinding, to say the least, Chawla’s Darr was just sheer brilliance. To top it all, the fact it was a Yash Chopra film was just the perfect cherry on top of an already delicious cake. Further, the lyrics of this particular song are so captivating, one just can’t help but fall in love with the song. For those not in the know, here’s the song!
4. Ishq Hua from Ishq
That Aamir Khan’s and Juhi Chawla’s chemistry is amazing is an undeniable fact. To prove just this, their film Ishq was just the much needed balm on a hot day. Remember the magic created by these two brilliant actors in all their previous films? It was brought back to life in Ishq. What’s more, Ishq Hua was the track clinching everything together in a beautiful bundle.
For a long time, people loved watching Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla on the big screen together. However, through the years, the actress grew to make room for another Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) next to her. Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani could be described as one of the best movies Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla worked on together. In fact, the title song of this film is so famous, people groove to its beats even after all these years! You know you have to listen to it here.
2.0 Trailer Is A Showdown Between Rajnikanth And Akshay Kumar
The highly anticipated trailer of 2.0 finally hit the internet today and just as expected, the movie is going to be extremely exciting. A collaboration like never before, the film shows a union between the South Indian megastar, Rajinikanth and the Bad Boy of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar.
The close to two minutes trailer is packed with high octane fight sequences and has drama playing as one of the chief elements. Every shot and every sequence has been shot with extreme levels of energy and creativity, with visuals that blow the viewers mind. Watch the trailer here.

The trailer shows what happens when technology takes over and humans lose control of the very things they created. The trailer shows people running for cover, when they realise cellphones all over the city are disappearing. The question of the hour is finally answered when Akshay Kumar’s character says, “Cellphone rakhnewala har vyakti hathyata hai.”
One of the most gripping things in this trailer is the intense fight scene between Akshay Kumar’s and Rajnikanth’s characters, a scene where both are seen fighting for the other’s territory. Amy Jackson’s character also makes a blink and miss appearance in the trailer, giving viewers the idea that there is more happening in the movie than what meets the eye.
This particular Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer has been a product of 25 VFX studios worldwide, 1,000 VFX artists, 500 craftsmen and 3,000 technicians. With such a massive team involved in creating the end product, it stands to see what the final product will look like. With more than three years of effort gone into the making of the film, 2.0 is finally going to hit the screens on the 29th of November this year!
Shah Rukh Khan Gives Us The Best Surprise With The Trailer Of Zero
Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday is a treat for not only Shah Rukh Khan fans, but also for Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif fans. Making the day extremely special, the makers of King Khan’s next film, Zero, just dropped the trailer and by the looks of things, the glimpse into this movie was definitely worth the wait.
A love triangle between Katrina Kaif, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, Zero also makes for another memorable moment as this was the first time Aanand L. Rai and King Khan came together for a film! The trailer takes us into the life of Bauua Singh (SRK) and Aafia (Anushka Sharma.) Watch it here!
The wait is finally over… #Zero is hugely awaited for varied reasons… Here’s #ZeroTrailer… Gives a glimpse of SRK’s first collaboration with director Aanand L Rai… #Zero21Dec release… Link: https://t.co/Q88T6vAG9Y

Walking into a matrimony office, Bauua Singh instantly falls in love with a wheel chair bound Aafia and decides she is the woman he wants to live with for the rest of his life. The rest of the trailer takes one through the different parts of Bauua Singh’s life, with glimpses of Katrina Kaif‘s character being shown as well. Through the longer than two minutes video, one gets what it is like to live life like a dwarf.
Everything about this particular Aanand L. Rai directorial is going to make for quite an interesting watch. While Shah Rukh Khan plays the role of a dwarf for the first time ever in his career, it is going to be extremely interesting to see this multi layered family drama unfold. What makes this movie all the more intriguing is the different layers of intensity in each of the characters.
As a director, Aanand L. Rai seems to have brought together all these aspects with ease and perfection, giving one the image of a really well made movie! Zero is scheduled to hit the screens on 31st December!
Bhaiaji Superhit Trailer Released
When you see a film with the name Bhaiaji Superhit, you don’t really know if the film is going to be a hit or not. However, the just dropped trailer proves this particular ensemble cast has more than enough jokes, with punchlines that leave you rolling on the floor.
Featuring Arshad Warsi, Sunny Deol, Amisha Patel, Preity Zinta and Shreyas Talpade in key roles, Bhaiaji Superhit is a funny take on marriage and the drama that comes with it. A scared husband (played by Sunny Deol) and a wife who shoots guns with ease when angry (played by Preity Zinta,) the trailer is hilarious, to say the least. Watch it here!
Slated for 23 Nov 2018 release… Trailer of #BhaiajiSuperhit… Stars Sunny Deol, Preity G Zinta, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Ameesha Patel… Directed by Neerraj Pathak… Link: https://t.co/1PbU2rRBQU

Preity Zinta’s character has the right mixture of innocence and quirk, with Sunny Deol’s character playing the husband walking on tiptoes to perfection. While the main characters play their roles brilliantly, it is the brilliant acting by the supporting cast that is truly commendable. From Arshad Warsi to Ameesha Patel, everyone has played their part to perfection in this Neeraj Pathak directorial.
Quirky and rib ticklingly funny, Bhaiaji Superhit is just what one needs during a time when the movies are all about violence, drama and biopics. Incidentally, one of the funniest points of the trailer is Ameesha Patel‘s brilliantly timed entry, when she comes in to stake her claim on Sunny Deol’s character. Perhaps one of the highlights in this self proclaiming film, the trailer of Bhaiaji Superhit is entertaining.
With such an interesting cast, director Neeraj Pathak has made sure everything about this movie is going to be funny and exciting. Bhaiaji Superhit is scheduled to hit the screens on 23rd November, 2018.
