It looks like it’s not just the box-office clash between Sanjay Gupta’s “Kaabil” featuring Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautham and Rahul Dholakia’s “Raees” featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira Khan, but looks like there is another clash too.
While we look at the two movies we notice that “Kaabil” and “Raees” both the movies have an item song in it! Well, we have seen a glimpse of the sizzling Sunny Leone’s song ‘Laila O Laila’ in the SRK’s trailer, now in “Kaabil” it’s the latest sensation Urvashi Rautela dancing to the tunes of ‘Haseeno Ka Deewana’. So a clash between the two…you names it yourself man! Well, both these songs are remixes of old Hindi songs.
Makers of “Kaabil” have released the 22-second teaser of Rautela’s number which was actually a song in 1981 film “Yaarana.” The original composer of the song was Rajesh Roshan, and it featured Amitabh Bachchan. Now the new version has got a pacey touch and more beats and decreasing the bass among other improvisations. On the other hand ‘Laila O Laila,’ which is originally picturised on Zeenat Aman in 1980, “Qurbani.”
Rautela is seen dancing all alone and not accompanied by anyone, proving that she alone can put the heat up with her steamy looks. And Yes looks like it’s true!
The director Sanjay Gupta on this said, “In our version, the song will be sung by a female playback singer and picturised in the most ostentatious and imaginative way on Urvashi Rautela. Those who recall Mr. Bachchan’s outfit in the song will remember that his outfit had countless light bulbs on it. And even today when you watch it play, it has that jaw-dropping effect. Not to be left out, we are attempting something close. On the weekend we had booked every single light that was available for shooting to create a similar impact on our set at Filmistan Studios. A huge dome was erected and Urvashi sizzled like never before.”
