So Who Will Rule Bollywood Box office collections 2016?

So who will rule Bollywood Box office collections 2016? Big Question which is trending in every one’s mind, Lets have a prediction over here.
2015 was Salman Khan’s year… no two words about that! The man actually controlled the year with the super accomplishments of Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and can be announced the most bankable star in the present part?
Be that as it may, will he keep up the present state of affairs in 2016? Will Aamir Khan, who didn’t have a solitary release in 2015, overwhelm him? Then again SRK, who has two releases in 2016? Shouldn’t something be said about the courageous women? Since Deepika doesn’t have a solitary release one year from now, will Priyanka, Kangana give in on her nonappearance?
Here are some expectation of ten top stars who will be having their big releases one year from now, and how their films will admission
Shah Rukh Khan
Movie: Raees
A few months after Fan, SRK will be seen in a tough role of a Gujrati don in Rahul Dholakia’s Raees, that’s jointly produced by Red Chillies & Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment. The movies also stars Mahira Khan & powerhouse performer, Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Again, this is not a typical SRK movie, but going by the response to the first tease, we expect the movie to have a thunderous start. Also there are rumours going around that Sultan may get postponed to October, so Raees could have EID all to itself, & hence better collections!
Verdict: Blockbuster!
Salman Khan
movie: Sultan
Do I even need to predict anything here? Salman Khan is in the best phase of his career, & anything he touches turns to platinum, forget gold! Sultan is his solo release in 2016, & if rumours that’re going around are right, it may not release on Eid along with Raees. Instead, it may come out in September. The point to note is longer the delay, the more the anticipation. So Sultan will definitely have a bumper opening. Also, his new look has been praised a lot, & he could also gain some brownie points from the critics for his performance.
Verdict: Sure-shot blockbuster!
Aamir Khan
movie: Dangal
We can never question Aamir Khan’s ingenuity. The man knows how to mix things up. On one h&, he does complete masal stuff like Dhoom 3 & PK, & on the other h&, he lends himself to serious cinema like Dhobi Ghaat. Dangal come after 2 years, since PK’s release, & there was no release for the actor in 2015. So his fans would be really eager to wait what surprise the actor had in store for them. However, Dangal is a biopic & is not looking like a typical mainstream movie, hence it’s reach could be limited. However, Aamir’s performance would be definitely be lauded by all & sundry!
Verdict: Critics’ favourite, would reach 100 crore club, thanks to Aamir’s marketing genius!
Akshay Kumar
movie: Airlift
While no one’s gone praising around, Akshay Kumar also had a brilliant 2015, with all of his movies, be it Baby, Brothers & Singh is Bliing working at the box office. 2016 starts off for the actor with Airlift, which by all that we have seen from the promos till now, is a movie to watch out for. Again. it’s not a typical mainstream movie, therefore has a restricted audience. But if Baby worked, so can Airlift, especially since the other major releases in January happen to be Ghayal Once Again
Verdict: Success with critics, & will do fairly well at the box office!
Hrithik Roshan
movie: Mohenjo Dharo
Like Aamir Khan, even Hrithik Roshan returns to screen after two years for this prehistoric adventure drama. So naturally, there is a lot of excitement built around the project, especially about the ancient setting on which the premise is based. The last time Hrithik & Ashutosh Gowariker worked together, it resulted in a surprise hit in Jodhaa Akbar. However, Ashutosh’s box office performance after that is definitely not enviable. So people don’t have much expectations of the movie. But who knows…if Shyamalan can make a comeback of sorts with The Visit, so can Ashutosh!
Verdict: Could be a surprise winner!
Priyanka Chopra
movie: Jai Gangaajal
Priyanka Chopra may have scored 2015 with some brilliant performances in Dil Dhadakne Do, Bajirao Mastani & even her TV series Quantico. However, she has only one release in 2016, that is Jai Gangaajal. While the actress must be appreciated for taking on such a gritty role of a female top cop, the trailer shown to us last week was less than promising & looked more like an acting showreel of director Prakash Jha. Unless there is some surprise element in the movie or if it is even a patch of the original Ajay Devgn-starrer Gangajal, we don’t have too much hopes on this!
Verdict: Could get a great start, but can end up as an average grosser
Katrina Kaif
movie: Fitoor
Abhishek Kapoor last two movies as a director had bowled us over, be it Rock on or Kai Po Che. Both were successes at the box office as well. However his latest movie, Fitoor, an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations, has run into a lot of hassles during the production, major being Rekha walking out of the movie, & hastily being replaced by Tabu. Also both the lead stars, Katrina Kaif & Aditya Roy Kapoor’s last movies have tanked, so there is less buzz about them. So it’s quite an uphill task for the makers of the movie.
Verdict: A difficult proposition, unless Abhishek Kapoor has an ace hidden in his sleeve…
Alia Bhatt
movie: Kapoor & Sons
Alia Bhatt has two different releases this year. First one of the Karan Johar produced Kapoor & Sons, that co-stars Sidharth Malhotra, Fawad Khan & Rishi Kapoor. The plot of the movie sounds promising, & since it’s a Dharma production, expect it to have some really great visuals. Also, they have a good record with dramas, so this can be a winner
Verdict: Winner
Kangana Ranaut
movie: Rangoon
Kangana Ranaut will be working for the first time with Vishal Bharadwaj in Rangoon. She will also be paired for the first time with Saif Ali Khan & Shahid Kapoor. Vishal has seldom gone wrong with the quality of his movies, though none of his movies are not exactly 100 crore club members. Kangana too had a patchy 2015, with Tanu Weds manu Returns turning out to be a blockbuster, only to be negated by the dismal failures of I Love NY & Katti Batti. This period drama of hers could get her regain her lost ground, tough it would never be too big a hit like TWMR!
Verdict: Can bowl over critics & multiplex audiences!
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
movie: Sarabjit
The biopic of a man trapped in Pakistan jail for years before he was killed, & of his sister’s futile struggles to get him out is not a mainstream topic. Omung Kumar’s debut flick Mary Kom was an uplifting movie, but here the tale could turn out too depressing for the audience. Not that we are saying that it will not turn out to be a good movie, but not every emotional story has a great record at the box office! Also Ash’s comeback movie, Jazbaa, fared to do well, so there’s there…
Verdict: An average grosser at best!
